They did it!! Little Mix win X Factor 2011...

We must admit they weren't our favourites right from the start - The Risk were - but week after week Little Mix repeatedly upped their game and we suddenly found ourselves rooting for what appeared to be the underdog.

They came out of nowhere and in the final few weeks, in our opinion, there was only one clear winner. Yes Marcus consistently delivered, but we couldn't have been happier when Little Mix were eventually crowned the winners of X Factor 2011 last night.

Tulisa and her 'Little Muffins' (let's hope that nickname doesn't stick) squealed with delight as Dermot O'Leary read out the result and the 10,000 strong audience in Wembley Arena cheered with approval.

Bravo Little Mix, we think the En Vogue performance really sealed the deal for you and in all seriousness (we can do serious) we're genuinely thrilled you won!
